Mastercard Lounge Václav Havel Airport Prague – Terminal 1 – Tour
The Mastercard Lounge is intended for guests travelling to countries outside the Schengen area from Terminal 1. It welcomes Priortiy Pass holders, Mastercard Platinum card holders. Holders of Mastercard World Elite premium cards accompanied by up to four guests enjoy free visits of the lounge (the fifth guests will pay a fee of CZK 450). Holders of the Mastercard World and Gold Elite premium cards pay an entrance fee of CZK 450. This applies to premium cards issued in the Czech Republic and some cards issued in Slovakia.

공항 라운지? 그거 아무나 갈 수 있어? 나 같은 사람들은 못 들어가는 거 아냐?
나도 라운지 한 번 가고 싶은데…들어가려면 PP카드인가 그거 엄청 비싸지…?
이런 생각 해본 적 분명 있을 수 있다. 이와 비슷한 궁금증, 염려, 기타 등등…에 대한 답은 ‘NO!’다. 실제로 퍼스트/비즈니스 클래스 탑승권 등이 있어야만 입장 가능한 라운지도 있다. 하지만 어떤 항공사, 어떤 좌석을 이용하더라도 보통의 공항 라운지 이용엔 큰 제약이 없는 것이 사실.
남아있는 2018년의 절반, 떠날 계획과 설레는 마음을 가득 안고 있는 당신을 위해 카드고릴라에서 라운지키 vs PP카드 전격비교를 준비했다.
공항 라운지 입장 가능한 신용카드의 방식은 크게 두 가지다. 라운지키(Lounge Key)와 PP카드. 그렇다면 이 두 가지 방식의 차이는 뭘까?
탑재된 신용카드의 개수가 최근 급증하고 있는 라운지키. 여행이 거의 필수로 여겨지고 있는 요즘 트렌드에 잘 맞는 방식이다.
PP카드를 제공하는 신용카드가 비교적 높은 연회비로 프리미엄 혜택, 바우처 등을 제공하는 데에 비해, 라운지키 방식의 신용카드는 상대적으로 낮은 연회비에도 라운지에 입장할 수 있는 혜택을 준다. PP카드에 비해 입장 가능한 라운지, 무료 입장 횟수가 적지만 주요 국가, 공항의 대다수 라운지에서 이용 가능해 큰 차이를 느끼기는 쉽지 않다. 별도의 멤버십 카드를 가지고 다닐 필요없이 평소 이용 중인 신용카드만으로도 공항 라운지 입장이 가능하다는 것 또한 장점이다.

‘삼성카드 taptap I’는 ‘내가 나를 아껴주고 싶어서’라는 모토 하에 2017년 7월 출시됐다. YOLO족을 위한 카드로, 여가 패키지와 일상 패키지를 변경해 가며 사용할 수 있다. 일반적인 여행 카드가 여행 혜택에 충실, 일상 혜택이 조금 빈약하다면 taptap I 는 생활패턴에 따라 평상시에는 일상패키지로 혜택을 누리다가, 여행 전엔 여가패키지로 전환해 여행지에서 혜택을 누릴 수 있어 더욱 유용하다. 또한 라운지키 방식으로 해외 공항 라운지를 연 3회 무료로 이용(MasterCard 브랜드 한정)할 수 있다.

그럼에도 불구하고 잦은 출장, 오지 탐험(!) 등의 이유로 더 많은 공항 라운지와 이용 횟수를 원한다면 답은 PP카드다. PP카드는 별도로도 서비스 가입이 가능하지만, 많은 프리미엄 신용카드에서 PP카드를 제공하고 있다.

‘씨티 NEW 프리미어마일 카드’는 공항 라운지 이용 횟수만 봤을 때 역대급. 신규 발급 시 PP카드를 신청하면 되는데, 연 25회 무료 이용할 수 있다. 한 달에 약 2회 정도 무료 이용이 가능한 셈. 발급 익월이 지나면 전월 실적 70만원 이상 이용 시 PP카드 사용이 가능하고 전년도 사용실적이 2천만원 이상이면 자동 갱신된다.

Mastercard Gold cards
Entry for the cardholder with any retail Mastercard Gold card that bears his/her name and was issued by any Hungarian bank or financial institution in Hungary, is 2500 HUF each. You may take one guest and your own children under the age of 18 into the lounge for a fee of 5000 HUF/person. Your own children under the age of 2 may enter free of charge. (max 1 guest/cardholder)*
From 1 January 2020, card holders may only use the Mastercard Airport Lounge for a fee.
Mastercard Platinum, World Elite cards
Entry is free with a valid personal Mastercard Platinum/ World Elite bank card that bears his/her name and was issued by any Hungarian bank or financial institution in Hungary. You may take one guest and your own children under the age of 18 into the lounge free of charge. Additional close family members accompanying the card holder may enter for a fee of 5000 HUF/person.*
Mastercad Business Premium cards
Entry is free with a valid personal Mastercard Business Premium bank card that bears his/her name and was issued by any Hungarian bank or financial institution in Hungary. You may take one guest into the lounge free of charge. Additional colleagues accompanying the cardholder may enter for a fee of 5000 HUF/person.*
The fee for the entry of guests is payable on site, with a credit card only.

Entry for the cardholder with any retail Mastercard Gold card that bears his/her name and was issued by any Hungarian bank or financial institution in Hungary isFree of charge.
Use by other persons accompanying the card holder:
Such persons may purchase tickets for the service from the vending machines,* at the standard price.
Your own children under the age of 2 may use the service free of charge.
Mastercard Platinum, World Elite cards
Entry is free for the cardholder with a valid personal Mastercard Platinum/ World Elite bank card that bears his/her name and was issued by any Hungarian bank or financial institution in Hungary. Use by other persons accompanying the card holder:
Free of charge for a maximum of 3 persons. Additional accompanying persons may purchase tickets for the service from the vending machines.*
Your own children under the age of 18 may use the service free of charge, in any number.
*Other persons accompanying the card holder may purchase tickets for the Fast Track Lane from the vending machines located in the departure halls of Terminals 2A and T2B, at the standard price.
Mastercard Business Premium cards
Entry is free for the cardholder with a valid Mastercard Business Premium card that bears his/her name and was issued by any Hungarian bank or financial institution in Hungary.
Use by other persons accompanying the card holder:
Free of charge for a maximum of 1 colleague. Additional accompanying persons may purchase tickets for the service from the vending machines.*
The Fast Track Lane is a dedicated lane on each side of the passenger security screening area in the SkyCourt terminal section, where a screening facility (X-ray machine, walk-through metal detector, security screeners) separated from the regular passenger security screening lanes is available for aerial passengers using the lane.
However, the Fast Track Lane does not constitute a deviation from the passenger security screening process to be implemented by Budapest Airport Zrt. for each passenger along uniform principles and methods, or diminishing its strictness.
Aerial passengers using the Fast Track Lane are screened in the order of arrival. The duration of passage through the passenger security checkpoint is dependent on the number of air passengers using the lane at the given time.
